Consider that according to Gallup’s State of the Global Workforce 2022 Report, only 21% of workers in the US are engaged in their work. This is made worse by the fact that, 61% of the engaged employees are failing to thrive in their places of work making them more likely to face burnout. Contributing factors include a lack of access to the right materials and equipment, and a lack of opportunities made worse by a breakdown in collaborative infrastructure.
